My clients include organizations large and small, urban, rural and suburban: Head Start, elementary schools, school districts, childcare centers, family childcare, universities, resource and referral agencies, and online and print publishers.

In my practice, I pay much attention to the alignment of child development, adult development, and organization development. There is a parallel process between what children learn, how teachers and providers care for and educate children, how families are treated, and how leaders run the organization. All these perspectives are important for quality in early childhood education.

I work with you to customize presentations and writing projects. This may be workshops, curriculum, articles, and books. I speak and write in English, Spanish and French.
